"The start was a bit difficult, as I arrived in the dark and could not find the keys in a locker. Got help via phone and after that was all good. Quiet area, free parking quite near old town (only if you like walking uphill!!). All basics were available, pretty normal breakfast, served by sexy lady. Liked the experience! "This hotel is a gem! It is a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The picturesque town of Cesky Krumlov is also a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with outdoor seating that affords a view of the town, particularly beautiful at sunset. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Their breakfast service is particularly noteworthy, easily one of the best we have experienced in our travels. This is a great hotel to use as your base to explore the area."

"The place was really good! We had quite a walk from the bus station since the route is mostly rocky and with up and down hills. It was a little hard because we had carry on bags and backpacks. I would suggest getting in touch with the reception lady at the Villa Areka and she will get you a ride. I didn't know that we could have had that. Knowing this, I hope new guests with luggage like ours take that option. "
