"We had an excellent experience at Safia Hotel. The hotel was brand new, and we were actually the first guests to stay in our room. Everything was completely new, unused, spotless, and very clean. What made our stay especially memorable was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and caring. It honestly felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being a guest in a family home. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast every morning was outstanding fresh, high-quality food, including products from local farms. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The combination of a beautiful new hotel, exceptional cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, and genuine hospitality made our stay in Bukhara very special. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel within a couple of minutes from historical sites. Local handicraft markets are close by. The first day's breakfast was a set breakfast. The second and third days' were buffet breakfasts (which I preferred as I didn't want to waste food). Dinner service was available, but plenty of restaurants close by. The owner's sons were very helpful as they spoke great English. We had to check out early for the return train, 2AM, and the hosts were able to help with Yandex/taxi. Our hosts provided us with a bag breakfast as we were not able to join in."

"This Bukhara hotel is a converted old house, very charming. The location is excellent, on the edge of the old city, within walking distance of attractions. Bukhara's midday heat is intense, so returning to the hotel for a few hours to rest is essential. There's an ATM and a grocery store next to the hotel. The hotel staff speaks English, which is very helpful. Bukhara is a small city, and it's not far from the hotel to the train station by taxi. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a pre-prepared set meal."
