The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. "It was beautiful and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful he made our navigation of the transit system seamless. "The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit.
The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods.
Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls.

"I loved this hotel. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows, a rarity in Italian hotels. My room had a great deck. The staff, especially Christina and Julia, were so helpful and gracious. The old town is a 15 minute uphill walk from the hotel, which I did twice a day. The beach is a 20 minute bus ride. Villa Tirreno is highly recommended. "
