Lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo de Giuseppe en recepción pues parece que no le gusta lo que hace y no es bueno con los turistas internacionales, sin embargo el resto de personas siempre mostraron una excelente te actitud de servicio tanto en el restaurante de desayuno como en el rooftop. "The host was kind and the property was clean but the location wasn't great and aspects of the property were not good. I didn't feel safe, the property wasn't secure and could be easily broken into with doors and windows that opened from outside and no lock. There were also no curtains just thin see through sheets on the window. The location wasn't great. Right next to a main road. Very noisy but also nothing close by. No shops or restaurants and transportation other than driving poor. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel which was a family holiday for 8 days. We booked two of the larger rooms (one double one single in each) as we were four (parents and children aged 19,21). The rooms were great with one of them semi divided down the middle. We could see the biggest rooms could take a family of 4 with younger children and those had the balcony. The hotel price is good - much less than central Calagari and with a car we had easy access to the city with a 15 min drive. The beach was 2 mins drive or 15-20 mins walk and was a nice beach with some restaurants. Other nicer beaches to the east were 20 mins drive which were good for snorkelling. There were restaurants nearby but we preferred to drive to the city and eat there most days. We visited a small winery town one day (Serdiana) and did a mountains walk. The hotel doesn’t have great views but not a big issue - it was quiet and the hotel had feee parking. The aircon was fine although we never had really hot weather. It may have struggled more in 36-40c. The staff were very helpful and room service great- all very clean. The breakfast we only had one day - it was fine but we didn’t want much so found a nice place opposite that did coffee and pastries for a good price. Most restaurants are good prices for pizza / pasta unless you go very fancy. Drinks are quite cheap and ice creams. As a UK family it was nice to go somewhere not so populated with Brits. The mini bar was useful as a fridge. Thank you Best Western!"
