"Was a little difficult to find but in a nice quiet area close to the beach. Not much around, but a few nice restaurants and walkable to Puerto Banus. The hotel was lovely, felt like a charming boutique hotel and not a chain. Nice communal areas and a nice pool and relaxation areas around. Could do with more shade though. Rooms were clean and basic. Lots of choice for breakfast and very tasty."
"The location and pool were good and a lifeguard was there all day, every day. However there were no sunbeds or chairs, so it was a towel on the grass when using the pool. We had problems within the apartment, When cooking and using appliances the electricity kept tripping out, we were told it was due to the heatwave! We had to have an electrician in to replace lighting and to clean out the filter on the air con as it was not great in one of the bedrooms. We had to make ourselves available to let the electrician into the apartment, but he did not do anything with regard to the power tripping out. We arranged to get into the apartment at 3.00 pm, and found we had to make up the beds ourselves. Bed linen had been left on the beds. The kitchen units are very tired in fact the sink unit has been affected by leaks and was not in great condition. The room used by the children had heavy metal headboards these were not attached to the wall and moved easily, so we moved them out of the way in case they fell onto the children when they were asleep. The beds did not hold them in place very well. There was a large similar headboard in the master bedroom, again not fixed to the wall, so when the bed was moved it would fall forward. Glass panels within an interior door were cracked and had Sellotape over the cracks. I take no pleasure in submitting this review, but the apartment was tired."
