"At the very last minute we had to find accomodations for one night in Salerno. We were lucky enough to find Home 47 and the wonderful host. Gracious and welcoming. We were able to stash our bags for several hours after we had checked out. the best part however was the fantastic homemade breakfast! Thank you!"

"The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded to texts quickly. The room was clean and the shower had lots of hot water. "

"Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions for local and regional activities and meals. Bellisso! "
