"Our stay at Visimo Apartments in Chur was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the charming old town with beautiful cobblestone streets. The apartment itself is newly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We did encounter a minor issue with the sofa bed linen not being fresh, which we noticed late at night. However, the hosts responded immediately and handled the situation promptly and professionally. We had booked two rooms, and everyone in our group was very satisfied with their stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again. "

"I booked this hotel thinking it was near the train station but was about 15mins away. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The passes that were included were great as included the busses unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy other benefits. Room was great for our needs. "

"Poor quality stay for the money. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and they had a smart tv which we could actually watch Netflix on (more hotels need to do this). "

"Beautifully maintained quirky conversion. The staff were very informative and friendly.Its within easy reach of the cable car, the old town and the railway station. Would definitely recommend for the experience. "
