"We walk in the room in we smell the humidity like some sort of water damage but we leave the room instantly because we were running late for our concert Staff was good no issues A dog was crying from one of the rooms across from us terrible again we were running late and we didn’t say anything "

"Hotel Review: Sleep Suites Orlando I recently stayed at Sleep Suites Orlando, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. Check-in Experience: - The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. - The staff were notably pleasant and helpful, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Room Quality: - Unfortunately, the positives quickly diminished. For the price, the room did not meet expectations. - A significant issue was the unpleasant odor in the room, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Bathroom Condition: - The shower was particularly off-putting; it was not clean and gave me the heebie-jeebies. This was a major downside, as hygiene is a top priority for any traveler. Breakfast Offering: - The hotel does provide breakfast, but it was disappointing. The frozen breakfast sandwiches required microwaving, and even after heating, they came out hard as a rock, making for an unappetizing start to the day. Overall Impression: - Given the room's condition, the unpleasant experiences, and the lackluster breakfast, I cannot recommend Sleep Suites Orlando. I believe there's better value to be found elsewhere. Save your money and explore other options in the area… hotel needs a facelift. "

"The elevators seemed to be not working. Long waits. Shuttle bus driver was excellent "

"Staff was friendly and tried to help. However, our room was dirty (things left in the garbage can), the thermostat was broken, and the water went from freezing to boiling. (There was no in between). My husband asked for a new room. We were given a new room that had reasonable temps in water and a working thermostat. In my opinion, look for other places to stay."
