The best time to visit Chrtníč is during the warmer months, specifically from late spring to early autumn (May to September), when the weather is most pleasant for exploring the Vysocina Region.

During these months, you'll find the countryside at its most appealing, with lush greenery and comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 15°C to 25°C. This makes it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling through the scenic trails that crisscross the region. The longer daylight hours also allow for more extensive sightseeing.

Couples looking for a peaceful escape will particularly appreciate Chrtníč during this period. The gentle weather is superb for enjoying romantic strolls through the nearby forests and fields, or for visiting local landmarks like the Lipnice Castle without the chill of winter or the intense heat of peak summer in larger cities. You can enjoy al fresco dining at local eateries and experience the natural beauty of the area at its best.

Families will also find these months suitable, as the mild weather allows children to comfortably engage in outdoor adventures. There are often local festivals or markets held in nearby towns during the summer, offering a chance to experience regional culture and cuisine.
