It's a short drive to Canterbury University if visiting or Westfield Mall if you're after some retail therapy. There aren't many single level townhouses available in Christchurch, so you can enjoy the rare convenience of this one. 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 single beds) plus a sofa bed in the living room and a private car park add to the attraction of this comfy home.

Welcome to our stylish, brand-new single-level home in Riccarton, just a short walk from Harrington Park with it's awesome playground! Perfect for up to 6 guests, this cosy space is designed for comfort and convenience.

Guests will have the entire property to use for yourselves and your travelling companions.

Entry is via electronic key pad. You will be given your unique code before you arrive.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

This residence has one designated parking space, please make sure you only park in your allocated space.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Beds are uncomfortable otherwise everything was fine.

Nice and cosy but the beds are really uncomfortable.
