    This immaculate 3-storey Christchurch townhouse is entirely yours — the host lives off-site but is always just a message away.

    Ground floor
    Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flowing out to a private fenced deck with table and chairs — ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

    First floor
    Two bedrooms (King & Queen), two ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony.

    Second floor
    Two further bedrooms (King & Queen), each with their own ensuite bathroom. The King room also features a dedicated office space and 50` TV — great for remote workers.

    Please note: upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

    Located on 4/3 Lava Lane, our accommodation in Christchurch CBD is conveniently situated near numerous amenities. Within walking distance, you`ll find the Christchurch Convention Centre, Riverside Market offering various food options, Terraces boasting a plethora of restaurants, Hagley Park with its beautiful botanic gardens, a hospital for medical needs or visits, Art Gallery, Cathedral Square and many more. Additionally, the CBD features a bustling business district, the Justice Precinct, and many other central amenities, making it a prime location for both leisure and business travelers.

    If you`re exploring the Central Business District (CBD), walking is an excellent option since you can easily access most places on foot. However, if you`re looking for alternatives, there are electric scooters available for rent. Lime scooters (which are green) and Neuron scooters (which are orange) can be found parked in various locations around the city. To use them, you`ll need to download their respective apps. Additionally, there is a bus Interchange on corner off Colombo Street and Lichfield Street just 5 min walk down the Tuam Street. If you prefer driving, Uber and Ola are both affordable options for getting around the city.

    The townhouse features keyless entry, your unique door code and full arrival instructions will be sent before check-in, so you can arrive at any time without needing to coordinate.

    `PARKING`:

    A dedicated private carpark is included with your stay, located 100 metres from the townhouse in a monitored parking area. It`s yours with 24-hour access, full instructions provided at booking.

    Additional parking is available on nearby streets or at the Lichfield Street parking building.

    Please do not park in any reserved spots adjacent to Lava Lane or surrounding areas, enforcement cameras are in operation and unauthorized vehicles may be fined or towed.

    `THINGS TO NOTE`:

    This is an inner-city property in the heart of Christchurch, guests should expect some ambient urban sounds, including pedestrian activity, traffic, and occasional neighbouring noise. The fenced deck, block-out curtains, and air conditioning help create a comfortable and restful environment indoors.

    Access to the first and second floors is via stairs only. The property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
