This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family escape,or business trip.Brand new 3 storey,cosy and warm.Just a short stroll to Christchurch hospital and handy to picturesque Hagley Park,Riverside Market and Te Pae conference centre.
GROUND FLOOR Fully equipped kitchen ,living and dining area flowing to private sunny full fenced courtyard.
2ND FLOOR 2 single beds with wardrobe storage plus a highchair. A fully equipped bathroom with heated toilet seat luxurious towels and a high pressure shower to relax those weary bones.
3RD FLOOR Sunny quiet with ensuite and spacious queen size bedroom. Relax in our luxurious bed with hotel 5 star linen.
This property does not have allocated carpark-there is free and paid parking options just a short walk away.
We do offer early check ins .A fee of $10 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours. This is to allow a express clean.

City Noise-Please note this is a inner city Apartment within close proximity to a one way thoroughfare so will be some street noise. Apartment is quieter with windows closed. If you are a light sleeper ear plugs are recommended. Please do dishes before departure and remove rubbish to outside bins.please remove shoes at all times. Know unregistered guests. Know smoking of any kind inside property. Please do not remove any furniture or belongings.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us. Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.
