Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and charming 2-bedroom townhouse, 6 minutes from the CBD, offering a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. This well appointed residence features modern amenities, spacious rooms and easy access to urban amenities for a vibrant city lifestyle.
Expansive light filled interiors greet you the moment you open the front door. The open plan kitchen/dining allows you to prepare a evening meal, or perhaps relax on our large sofa and enjoy our smart 42 inch TV, or a good book with a freshly brewed coffee.
Open the ranch slider door and enjoy a nice evening with a glass of bubbles. We supply basic cooking supplies, salt pepper and oil.
Downstairs toilet and basin. Washing machine and dryer in the garage. We do supply washing powder.
2ND FLOOR BEDROOM 1 Luxury King size bed with hotel standard linen.
BEDROOM 2 2 Luxury single beds with wardrobe. A peaceful nights sleep you will cherish.
BATHROOM High pressure shower to revive those weary bones after a full day of sightseeing. Upmarket vanity unit with a large mirror making it easy to see. Toilet is situated in the bathroom. What a pleasure to be able to enjoy a soak in the bath after a busy day sightseeing or enjoying the CBD,and what it has to offer.
I do not live on the premises but am available by mobile or text between 8am -6pm.

For Hassle-Free transportation, Ubers and Taxis are available 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick up service.
We are on a busy road so good suggestion is to pop some air plugs in if you are a light sleeper. We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

A lovely clean, tidy, well equipped unit. We did have to Google search how to put the dishwasher on though as no Start button. Shower was also blocked so could only have very short showers.
