Built in 2021, this gated apartment is modern, warm, and built to a high specification. Positioned at the far end of the building, it’s quiet and peaceful, away from road noise.

Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
Comfortable living area with 2-seater dining table, couch, and 55” smart TV
Queen-sized commercial bed, full wardrobe, and bedside cabinets
Private bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer
Heat pump/air conditioning for year-round comfort

Christchurch City Pad
Was what it says on the tin, was comfortable and clean. I would just say that if you are short don't bother bringing anything that needs heating up in the microwave as it is up too high for you to use. Also check about parking as I had to park on the street as the park was allocated for the other apartment not my one.
