  • Close to city centre, yet quiet and peaceful, easy walk to the sports stadium, and the restaurants, cafes, shops, bars in the city centre.

    This accommodation offers five double bedrooms with queen bed. The sofa beds in the two living areas offer extra flexible sleeping options. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs.

    Two living areas with entertainment and a massage chair, to help you unwind after travel and enjoy your stay. Two folding doors flow to a quiet and lovely deck with outdoor seating.

    Two full bathrooms downstairs and one extra toilet upstairs. Open plan kitchen and dining, with an extendable dining table, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.

    There is a heater in the closet of each bedroom. Hair dryer is in the bathroom drawer.

    In the kitchen, there are oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, chopsticks, placemats, coasters, dish washing cloth, rubbish bin, etc.

    TV provides NZTV, YouTube and more to explore. The foosball in the garage is 4 in 1. Football, Table Tennis, Pool and Hockey.

    On the ground floor, in the storage space in the hall way where the hot water cylinder is, there are vacuum, iron, ironing board, mop, buckets, laundry basket, Airer for your use if needed.
