This new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the heart of Christchurch, 3-storey. The perfect choice for families, couples, or friends seeking a central stay in this beautiful city; also has a private car park. Inside, you'll find a modern and stylish living space, complete with comfortable furnishings, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, whether eating in or dining out across the road at Little High Eatery. High Speed internet.

3-storey townhouse. Ground floor has Living, Dining, Kitchen and access to the outdoor courtyard. Plus sofa bed (additional guest fee applies)
1st floor contains a full tiled bathroom with shower and bidet, 1st bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe. 2nd floor contains Master room with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom complete with tiled shower and bidet.

This home comes with one private carpark with 24 hour access. It is off site within 50m from the house.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

This home does come with an optional private car park available for hire on request, otherwise it is street only parking available.

Named after its geographical positioning in Christchurch’s CBD (Saint Asaph, Lichfield, and Tuam), SALT District is dubbed the city’s most alternative neighbourhood Expect world-class fashion and top-notch eats, drinks and pampering hot spots. Explore new laneways and wander old streets. Check out eye-popping street art and take in the inner-city vibe with its original facades and gleaming new structures. ‍

Today’s Christchurch looks way different from that of pre-2011. Although we lost some heritage in the big shakes we gained some contemporary cool and heaps of exciting new spaces. ‍
From these changes, and thanks to some dedicated locals, the SALT District emerged.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 5 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.

On street parking is free outside the development after 5pm and on weekends but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. Lime electric scooters are never too far away if you wish to see the city by scooter.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

There is 1 free carpark provided, additional cars will need to utilise street parking.
We recommend guests to check the parking signs and rules before parking your car on the street.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. Extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Parking a Plus

A nice unit, as advertised. Easy walking distance to City Centre. Grocery near by. Just off tram line. Parking spot is a huge plus. If your luggage is heavy, be mindful that this unit is vertical, with bedrooms on the second and third floors.
