We stayed in the Executive Suite on the 4th floor. Really nice room with separate bedroom and lounge area where lounge converts to a sofa bed. It included 2 bathrooms and 2 coffee/tea making areas. Property was nearly brand new. Lovely outlook from all rooms however, on a Friday/Saturday night can be extremely noisy due to events in Cathedral Square and traffic noise. We were in 406 so the opposite corner facing towards the Port Hills would have been quieter. Staff were really nice to talk to. Buffet Breakfast was average and very small selections at $30. Coffee/Tea was just heated hot water. No specialised coffee machine and barista coffee would have been an added cost.

We didn’t like that we were given a disabled room and when we spoke to staff about it we were told if we didn’t want a disabled room we should have noted that on the booking Would have thought it would be the other way around

Location was very good. Front desk isnt staffed 24hours but they have a number for you to call. Rooms are a little tight but expected for a downtown location. Price was competitive as well.
