    The apartment includes a dedicated carpark on the premises, complete with an EV charger — a rare and convenient feature for electric vehicle drivers. Entry to the apartment is via a secure keypad, and your access code will be shared before arrival.

    The open-plan ground floor brings together the living, dining, and kitchen areas in one comfortable space. No stairs to carry luggage up!
    The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all essentials. A handy pullout bench space adds extra space. The living area features a comfortable sofa/sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. Step through to your sunny dining room.

    The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and generous wardrobe space. The bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and includes a shower and bidet toilet.

    The laundry is located in the kitchen and features an all-in-one washer and dryer combo, ideal for longer visits.

    As a guest, you also have access to the shared communal facilities on site, including a spa pool, plunge pools, and a sauna — a genuine highlight steps from your front door.

    Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the covered balcony and all indoor living spaces. You also have access to the shared communal facilities — spa pool, plunge pools, and sauna.

    Entry to the development is via a secure gate. The apartment door is accessed via an electronic keypad — no keys needed. Code will be sent to you ahead of arrival.

    The apartment is on a single level, so there are no stairs to navigate once inside.

    A dedicated carpark is included on the premises, with an EV charger available for electric vehicles.

    Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

    Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
