Pro-active staff. It was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation and they phoned me to see if I needed to be picked up by their courtesy van.

The motel is perfect for a stayover and is at a good location from the airport. The staff were lovely and really helpful. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport and even went out of their normal office hours to take us to the airport which was really helpful for us.

The property was clean staff friendly. Downside lack of access able power points in bedroom . There was a fan in room but had to plug in next to bed so would of tripped on lead easily. Mirror in bathroom badly positioned, had to squeeze next to toilet to see properly

Free shuttle available to the airport, early in the morning. Close to Rental car firms so we were able to return the rental car the night before our flight.(the rental car company shuttle took us back to Airport Lodge)

Economic overnight in Christchurch
Good clean motel, friendly staff, close to airport and easy to get to. Only let down was the bed which continually rolled towards the TV when you got on it, there has to be some way of stopping this annoying feature in motel beds! They always seem to be on the move as soon as you look at them!

Lovely comfortable room. We were abit disappointed to find that we had arranged a late checkin due to our late arrival. That was fine but it wouldve been nice to have a bit of milk to have a hot drink

Was clean but there had obviously been a flood in the bathroom and the vinyl was very marked and the vanity effected by it. The one heater in the lounge was just about enough to warm the unit up on a winter night. No plug in the kitchen sink. Was OK for one night stay.

It was the pervect unit for 3 adults a d 2 children, with 2 bedrooms, and a kitcnen. Good heating. The kitchen tap dripped anx was very hard to turn off and on, general maintance is needed

Disgusting Motel
This was a filthy run down motel. we were in unit 6. The mould and stains through the bath and toilet were akin to a 3rd world public toilet. The place was run down , very noisey and busy road outside the window. Absolutely disgusted... photos on the site are not reflective of the experience. We left and went to another Motel. We have travelled the world, nothing compares.

It's fairly dated, older units, but it served the purpose for one night. It was very clean, the shower was good, the beds comfortable, so it worked well.

very conveniently sited close to the airport. close to rental car hire company., close to main highway south and north. property getting old and needs some refurbishment. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good Thai restaurant very close to motel.

Staff very Friendly and professional. We were able to check in early which was was very helpful so we can do laundry after camping for 17 days. Whole facility was very clean and neat

Friendly staff. Stayed in the two bedroom and really disappointed with the the rate we paid vs the standard and in need of a full upgrade and renovation. Old curtains and the sheer curtains in lounge need replacing. Towel rail fell off the wall in the bathroom, window locks in the bathroom are fixed upside down. No dinner plates, only side plates, and some mugs are chipped.

Although the units are quite dated everything worked and was spotlessly clean. Staff were pleasant, courteous & obliging. Price was excellent. We would stay there again.

Free shuttle a bonus
We chose this motel because of the free shuttle, which runs till midnight - so good if your on a late arriving flight. The motel had everything you would need, kitchen, shower, lounge and separate bedroom. The unit appeared clean but on closer inspection it needs maintenance, carpet needs a clean and the windows and sills need repairing. Staff were 100% though.

The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were a bit rough as well as the cabinet in the bathroom, there were a few marks on the walls. Great beds, excellent carpet and great area for kids. Furniture was comfortable for a relaxing stay with an excellent shower

Nothing really. Carpets bit grubby, shower had sharp ends on body wash dispenser, I’m short and it ripped my arm open while washing hair..
