Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious 3-storey townhouse located in the heart of Christchurch. Our home is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer. With modern and stylish decor we comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and quality linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. Two bathrooms are clean and spacious. A short walk to the central city and everything on offer for exploration. Award winning eateries and cafes nearby.
This 3 storey townhouse has the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. The sofa bed is located in the living area of the property and can sleep 1 guest - sofa bed linen is an additional charge. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a King Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for four. In the courtyard you will find comfortable outdoor furniture to bask in the sun.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

This home is located in a development of townhouses with permanent residents and rental homes. It is within walking distance of highly rated cafes such as C4 Coffee and restaurants like Smokey T’s. The popular Chinese supermarket Oriental Warehouse is just across the road. Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour gym is a 2 min walk away from the house.
The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean and local enough to local eateries. However the layout of the apartment was usual, with no bathroom on the ground floor, very steep stairs up 2 flights and on the 3rd level the bathroom was in the bedroom making the 3rd bedroom required to walk down a set of steep stairs to access that bathroom. Just poor design
