"Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. Our room was clean and tidy with a large comfy bed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price and very good. "Wir hatten die kleine Villas für zwei Personen. Fantastische Aussicht, ungestört, herrlicher Pool, völlig Ausreichend, für denjenigen der Ruhe sucht Ideal. Etwas vom Ort entfernt, aber trotzdem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Genügend Restaurants und sonstige Einrichtungen vorhanden. Auto empfehlenswert, kann auch im Istron Bay Hotel gebucht werden. "We stayed here with another family, the villa is excellent and the pool fantastic. There was a beach close by which was nice too. We had a minor issue with on of the A/C units but was dealt with within 30 minutes! Lovely clean place to relax and chill, would highly recommend. Excellent communication with host. "

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Estia, set just a short drive from Makry Gialos in a peaceful hillside location. The villa offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday and then some!The views were truly breathtaking—rolling hills, sea glimpses, and beautiful sunsets right from the terrace. The pool was a standout feature for us. It was perfect for both younger children and adults, with a great layout and plenty of space to swim or cool off. There were also plenty of shaded areas around the pool and outdoor seating, which was ideal for escaping the midday sun without having to head inside.Inside, the air-conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the villa—powerful, quiet, and consistent. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was a great sense of privacy and calm throughout. We especially enjoyed the dining spaces both indoors and out—perfect for big family meals or laid-back breakfasts with a view. There are many lovely places to see in a hire car and easily fell your time up on the island. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Villa Estia is peaceful, well-equipped, and an excellent choice for families or groups looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Crete. We’d absolutely stay again!"
