"The hotel said they had no knowledge of booking. Wanted us to pay again, despite showing them the booking and payment pending from our bank account. Made us chase Expedia. Rooms offered were filthy, one even had unflushed toilet, and water to cistern turned off. Dangerous electrics in one and no bathroom window glass in the other. Hot water only available 6-9am. Plus no way to lock the doors or safe for valuables. Staff were so very rude. Walked away without spening the night. "
