Ideally located for the tourist activities offered by our beautiful region and in particular the fabulous Zoo Parc de Beauval 20min.
In the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire Cheverny 20 min Chenonceau 25 min Blois 25 min Chambord 30 min Amboise 35 min in the countryside in a small village Choussy is this little cottage.
Charming barn and stable of a fully restored stone farmhouse, a large living veranda with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Fully restored house in the living room area 30m² with large farmhouse table in a pleasant veranda with a magnificent view of the countryside, living room with sofa and TV corner possible to warm up your evenings by the wood stove, WIFI connection subject to charges.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Bathroom with spa bath ideal for relaxing after a good day and separate toilet. Laundry room with a washing and drying machine. Upstairs a double master bedroom with 160 * 200 bed fitted with cupboards and wardrobe. And a small cute room with 2 beds 90 * 190. Small toilet with hand basin. All beds are with duvets. Outdoor terrace with garden furniture for sunny days. Children's games swing, slides and hut. Land all around.

Très bon séjour. Très propre. Calme et reposant. Très bien situé pour les activités (Beauval, châteaux....). Disponibilité des propriétaires sans être envahissants.

Séjour à Choussy

Arrivée sympathique, même si le logement n’a pas été découvert avec la propriétaire. Échange agréable . La maison est agréable. Manque de propreté tout de même. Propre du prime abord mais pas dans les coins… Le jardin n’est pas fidèle aux photos, pas entretenu, terrasse pas très agréable . Dommage car l’extérieur était un point clé dans le choix de la maison. Équipements corrects.

Séjour agréable

Perdu au cœur de la campagne tout au bout d’un petit chemin, pour les citadins le dépaysement est complet. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Proche des châteaux et du zoo de Beauval. Beau logement avec beaucoup de place et au calme. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons visiter à nouveau cette belle region.

Maison très agréable au calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour passer un bon séjour ! Waze et Google Maps ont tendance à vous emmener dans un chemin différent, n'hésitez pas à suivre les panneaux ''gites'' dès que vous les voyez !

Bien plus beau que sur les photos

Les images ne reflètent pas la beauté du lieu, la vue depuis le salon et le jardin est splendide, la maison est très agréablement décorée. L'endroit est très calme, au milieu des champs (il y a quelques autres gites juste à coté, mais non visible depuis la maison) Le revers de la médaille est qu'il y fait très chaud en cas de canicule, mais il est facile de rafraichir en soirée avec les courants d'air.

Le gîte est très agréable, bien orienté (soleil), propre et bien achalandé. Grand espace (dehors) pour les enfants. Situé à la sortie d'un village retiré en pleine campagne, ce gîte vous garantit un calme complet. Propriétaires charmants et très discrets.

Très beau gîte parfaitement situé

Le gîte d'Aude est très joli, un vieux bâtiment parfaitement restauré avec une pièce de vie très agréable et ouverte sur l'extérieur. De plus, le gîte, bien qu'isolé dans un petit village, est très bien situé, à moins de 30' de nombreux sites touristiques (Beauval, Chenonceaux, Cheverny, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chambord). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour charmante maison

Nous avons passé un week-end dans la maison avec deux enfants (2 et 5 ans) et c'était parfait rien à redire. La maison est agréable, très cosy on s'y sent bien, au calme avec vue de la véranda sur le jardin et la campagne. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux à l'intérieur et la mini aire de jeux du jardin. Belles ballades aux environs, proche du zoo de Beauval et des châteaux de la Loire. Nous avons également goûté le vin de la production d'Aude et il est excellent. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
