They went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and I understood the amenities on the property as well as in the surrounding area. "Check in was slow as there was not a dedicated receptionist. Problems with toilet cistern were reported on the 1st day but not repaired during our stay. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Our bed was comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was exemplary. On-site facilities - restaurant, pool bar, pool were very good. Although we were often the only ones around the pool as we stayed during the end of the season, we think it would benefit from being cleaned. The apartment is well...
