The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins.

Beautiful rooms, immaculately clean and friendly staff, perfect location, walking distance to Liberation Square, cable car and metro station, only complaint was that the reception is on the 51stst floor so a bit strange when you arrive.
