Management deserves recognition for training and hiring at GH. ALL staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful - always smiling. This was my first stay here - at the end of a 6 week visit to Saigon - my final 2 nights. I wish I had booked earlier in my stay. Kudos to the staff members who assisted me with DECA content, and for the wonderful “take away” breakfast that was handed to me when I left at 4:30AM for the airport. Excellent business culture starts at the “top”. As a businessman, I “get” the vision you all have pursued. Yes, the property is amazing - location, comfort, cleanliness, location. We had a wonderful stay at the Rex Hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with great options for my wife and daughter, who are non-vegetarians. As a vegetarian, I was incredibly impressed by the service. The moment the staff realized my dietary preference, they went above and beyond—Linn and the team proactively offered and prepared personalized vegetarian noodles and stir-fried tofu just for me.Our Premium Twin room was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you would expect from a top-tier hotel. The exceptional hospitality really made our trip pleasant. We will definitely be back!
