Very convenient for our trip activities.

The casino in the Encore wasn’t as lively as expected. The Wynn casino was much more lively. Did not get a chance to visit the pool. Had to ask for slippers in the room. Would be nice to include them on arrival. Would also be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Breakfast is not included, which was expected. The room was not super clean and there were issues with payment. It would not submit a CC authorization form, tried to reach out and didn't hear back. Brought the form and they said they would email it. Submitted it next day and they said they couldn't accept it. Had to get another manager to approve the form the next day. It just put a wrench in the plan, but I'm glad they fixed it after all the back and forth.

The original room was fine. Decided to upgrade to sphere view room and was told it would be ready shortly. After five hours of waiting for the room to be ready, finally went to the main desk to see what in the world was going on. We were then offered a room at the Palazzo in place. The Palazzo is definitely much nicer and cleaner appearing than the Venetian. The whole experience was great overall outside of that. The d’luxe diner is the best part of the stay! Their food was great and I highly recommend. Very thankful to have been moved over to the other tower with the amount of money I spent.
