Check in was quick and friendly with water and juice available. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Our teen and tween stayed comfortably in the bunk beds. Laundry detergent was available by the check in desk free of charge and the washer dryer in the room worked really well, way better than any I’ve seen before in Japan. They were very helpful and polite. Property was very clean, efficient. With teenagers the Akhiabara is just one stop in train. They could go hangout themselves and enjoy arcade games. They helped us luggage storage service, they couldn’t hold all our luggage as they don’t have enough space for all. "The room was very clean and located central to everything. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes and it lacks a common foyer, instead it has a bar and a reading nook. All-in-all it was a very enjoyable stay which I highly recommend"
