Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Be careful in booking this place, place is not bad by itself. But the whole day they had power issues, and before booking they did not notify that they frequently have power issues with no electricity support coming thru. The staff could not solve the issue rather delayed response despite booking the best suite they had to offer. So i would suggest booking in a different area where they don’t have frequent power problems. Again, Hotel itself is not bad; it was okay-ish, but 70% of the time there was no power and room temp was around 30 degrees celcius which is unbearable if you’re travelling from abroad.
