"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

It was clean, comfortable, attractive and well-equipped, and Claude and Michel were fantastic hosts. The garden was perfect for the dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the garden. Lauren was a very knowledgeable local guide, and Marianne even offered to,and did, iron my wife’s dress for a wedding. Above the call of duty! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. "

"A wonderful find. More of a bed and breakfast on a working farm. Room is not very big but it does have a private bathroom. The hosts offer a lovely continental breakfast included, as well as parking. It is very quiet and restful. Chickens often cross your path. There is also a working mill which generates power. The host is very nice. There is a an excellent restaurant a 5 minute drive away called Chenin, suggested by the host. Not to be missed."
