Comfy & brand new downtown apartment

  • Cozy apartment in the heart of Chișinău. The place is really close to the city center (the central park and main pedestrian street may be reached by foot in 10-15 minutes).

    The apartment is carefully sanitized after each visitor. It is equipped with comfortable and modern furnishings, an opened balcony and a panoramic window in the bedroom/living. The big bed from the bedroom is foldable (it comes out of the wall), accordingly you can easily transform your bedroom into a spacious living.

    The living/bedroom has a large smart TV and a high speed internet all over the place.

    You will have at your disposal a spacious kitchen with all the amenities you need and a large bathroom with a tube.

    Please note: non-smoking house.

This is a tough one to review. I booked the single new apartment, but the day before my arrival the host informed me that there was a water leak and that I was going to be placed elsewhere, at least for the first few days. I told the host I really didn't want to move around, but that I understood things like water leaks happen. A few hours later, the host informs me I can stay in the new place the entire stay. The new place is a studio. We met up at the new place, and I accepted it. I was tired and just wanted a bed. The new place was definitely older, and barely clean enough. But it worked for my stay. Distance wise from my particular activities, there was negligible difference. The host was apologetic and a very good communicator. We made the best out of a bad situation. Alas, it was not the place I paid for nor was it worth what I paid. An old studio is not the same as a newly redone apartment. I suspect the new apartment is amazing, and if you get it you will find the host is very nice.

My wife and I stayed for a week back in March, the owner was professional, friendly, and was very accommodating of us considering we were running behind by several hours due to customs. Just make sure if you sign into Netlfix or Youtube on the television to sign out before leaving!
