"The room was visibly clean, but I noticed the room had a slight smell; could be a musty odor due to Midwest weather. I bought some spray from Walmart and it cleared it up. Also, the towels had a slight strange mildew type/burnt odor. Some laundry scent booster beads and Lysol laundry sanitizer would help with this. I use them at home and it helps. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the shuttle service was a plus. The restaurant was okay, the burgers were good, but all the other dishes I tried were pretty bland and not flavorful. The restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. Overall stay was nice, quiet and pleasant with the few exceptions above. Thank you."

"Everything was perfect! We completely enjoyed our room and the expanded choice of cable. Everything in there was perfectly maintained and current in the decor, mattresses, bathroom syles and everything else. Nothing negative to say really. The breakfast had a good choice of breakfast items. I especially LOVED the spicey hot honey. Loved the little touches they had. Like coconut and brown sugar for the waffles. No other place I've ever stayed at offered that. So good job on their part. And I give a 100 score on their staff. They were happy and very helpful, positive and wonderful attitudes while checking us in. They treated us and everyone like they were genuinely happy to have us there. I definitely will be staying there again. Hopefully longer than a night. There were restaurants close enough to walk to which is a plus in my book. Great job Best Western!!!!!"

"Everything was perfect!!! I don't know of anything that you'd change or add too.Laura was such a joy to work with. Everything we needed was handled perfectly. All rental properties need to have a Laura working for them!!!The air conditioning was really nice. It was almost 100 degrees outside, but you wouldn't know it.The kitchen was excellent. Lots of cookware and appliances. We had several meals together in a warm nice atmosphere. We'd recommend this rental to anyone wanting a GREAT place to stay."
