"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. "Found it very strange only one towel left in bathroom for two adults on a three night stay (extra towels provided when asked) Rooms are very small (expected at an easy hotel) but really not a fan as someone who values privacy of bathrooms with glass doors and no locks. If someone needs to go during the night and turns the light on in they disturbs other guests sleep. The air conditioning was a blessing in the heat and the fact that it was set to turn on and off automatically was great in the heat wave"
