Just a few meters from the beach, this apartment with a balcony for 2 adults and 2 children is an ideal refuge to enjoy Chipiona with total comfort.



Inside you will find a modern and practical space: integrated kitchen, living room and dining room, with induction cooktop, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, toaster and complete tableware. The living room has air conditioning, flat-screen TV and Wifi connection. In addition, it has a comfortable sofa bed designed for two children. The main bedroom offers a double bed and also air conditioning, ensuring cool and quiet nights. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.



The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer. Upon request, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, crib, and high chair for the little ones are provided.



The apartment is located in Chipiona, known for its extensive fine sand beaches and calm waters, ideal for walking and sunbathing. You can enjoy water sports, coastal routes, and spectacular sunsets near the iconic lighthouse. On Mondays, the local market adds charm: perfect walks among craft stalls, clothing, and typical products, where you always find some unexpected treasure.
