Luxury Ground Floor in the best area of Costa Ballena very close to the beach.
- Low with a very large terrace on the whale coast, in a private urbanization next to the golf course and 300 meters from the totally new beach. The urbanization has a large swimming pool with its corresponding lifeguard, green areas and paddle tennis courts with artificial turf. The house is fully furnished with all its corresponding household items. It has two bedrooms, the main of which is composed of two articulated single beds and large built-in wardrobe, the single that is composed of two beds of 90 cm, two bathrooms fully equipped,
