Impressive well-maintained property

Impressive well-maintained property, loads of activities, owner very committed to maintaining and improving the place. Plenty of spaces to enjoy with a large group. Area is nice for hikes and activities. We will recommend and may come back :-)

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt für unser Familienwochenende. Schöner Speisesaal mit großen runden Tischen mit Kerzenständern und Kronleuchtern. Viele geräumige Schlafzimmer mit gemachten Betten! Außerhalb des Hauses gibt es einen schönen Spielbereich, einen Swimmingpool, eine Sauna und 2 Whirlpools. Gut ausgestattete Küche, ausreichend Geschirr. Guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Manager.

Das Haus selbst war schön - geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ein großer Außenbereich. Allerdings ist das Haus mit Kameras übersät, und obwohl der Eigentümer angibt, dass er es nur für Notfälle nutzt, hatten wir das Gefühl, ständig beobachtet zu werden. Während des Wochenendes wurden wir mehrmals unter dem Vorwand „Die Sensoren haben erfasst ... / Die Nachbarn haben angerufen ...“ wegen Dingen wie einer offen stehenden Tür oder einem angeblich falsch geparkten Auto angerufen. Das Haus liegt sehr einsam, die Umgebung ist von großen Bäumen umgeben, und einige der Kameras draußen waren ständig eingeschaltet und scannten von links nach rechts. Ich bin mir nicht einmal sicher, ob das legal ist, aber wenn es so ist, haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Bei der Abreise, nachdem wir das Haus gereinigt hatten, wurde uns vorgeworfen, mehrere Gegenstände verloren zu haben, die bei unserer Ankunft bereits abwesend waren. Glücklicherweise haben wir vorher Videos gemacht, um diese Behauptung zu widerlegen. Schließlich wurden 400 € von unserer Kaution einbehalten, weil wir den Müll nicht getrennt hatten und das Wasser im Whirlpool trüb war. Es gab noch Müll von der vorherigen Gruppe, der noch nicht mitgenommen worden war, und das Wasser war bei der Ankunft bereits trüb, sodass wir nicht sagen können, ob wir diese Kaution zurückbekommen. Fazit: Es fühlte sich an, als wären wir in einer Folge von Big Brother. Auch wenn das Haus recht schön ist, würde ich es allein aufgrund des Gastgebers nicht empfehlen.

Heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen! We hebben een schitterend weekend in Maison des Fleurs gehad en kunnen het iedereen aanraden. Naast het prachtige kasteel, ging het contact met de verhuurder soepel en snel. Nogmaals, een echte aanrader!

Het was een prachtige locatie, dat was fijn. Goed kunnen wandelen in de buurt. Minpunten: niemand gezien van de verhuur, er werd ons verteld dat er nog iemand langs zou komen om ons wegwijs te maken, dit is niet gebeurt. Niemand kwam ons helpen toen tijdelijk het water, toen beide jacuzzi's en ook de vinyl platenspeler het niet deden.. dat is wel heel kwalijk! Er kwam tenslotte een buurman(?), die blijkbaar toegang heeft (?) zomaar het terrein op om zonder wat te zeggen de afmetingen van één van onze spullen op te nemen en vervolgens te vertrekken zonder een woord!? Dat vind ik niet een normale gang van zaken. Kortom: Erg jammer dat we niet geholpen zijn tijdens problemen en dat de aanwezige apparatuur niet functioneert zoals geadverteerd. Verder een mooi en luxe verblijf.

Très bel endroit. Très beaux moments mais les propriétaires refusent de rembourser ma caution de 1200€. Ils m'ont envoyé 43 photos avec de la poussière sur le sol, des taches sur une table, une tasse qui dépassait d'un centimètre... AVANT le passage du nettoyage qui coûte quand-même 250€. Ensuite ils essayent de me faire payer des dégâts qui étaient déjà là à notre arrivée. Certifiés par un grand nombre de personnes C'est tout simplement scandaleux. J'effacerai ce message si on me rembourse mais sinon faites très attention. Il n'y a pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée. Et l'état des lieux de sortie se fait sans vous après votre départ. Ça explique tout. Par ailleurs le Jacuzzi annoncé à l'entête de la location ne fonctionne pas. Et nous attendons toujours notre caution. Si elle arrive un jour, nous effacerons ce message.

Ons weekendje was weer top. Kasteel was perfect voor onze groep.

Leuk weekend gehad in dit prachtige kasteel. Wij zijn een groep van 21 tot 24 mensen. Ruime kamers, veel badkamers. De lift was ook wel heel gemakkelijk zeker als je op het 2de verdiep moest slapen. Keuken ook top met bijkeuken.

Buiten verwachting mooie accommodatie, erg grote tuin en aparte recreatieruimte waardoor diegenen die het later wilden maken de anderen niet tot last waren. Binnen zag het er goed uit, gras was net gemaaid en de bedden waren top. Enige verbeterpunt zou zijn dat het servies niet schoon waren. Maar door de professionele vaatwasser was dat binnen een half uur opgelost.

De omgeving was prachtig, de aankomst bij het huis sprookjesachtig. Met de verlichte oprijlaan en het grote hek. Helemaal mooi. De tuin is waanzinnig groot en er zijn genoeg plek op het terras voor en achter. De aparte ruimte met uitzicht over de vallei is erg gaaf. Het huis zelf is groot, behoorlijk ingewikkeld ingedeeld maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel zo het huis wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken, ten aanzien van de gevel en een paar onderdelen in het huis. Dit was echter geen dealbreaker! Oftewel een geweldig weekend gehad in dit bijzondere huis.

Aankomst was minder. We zouden 16:00 de sleutel ontvangen en we waren er om 15:30 maar mochten nog niet het erf op. De e-mail met informatie en de code van het hek kreeg ik pas om 20:00, toen we er dus al 4 uur lang waren. De woning is prachtig maar wel achterstallig. Van binnen is het duidelijk zichtbaar dat er weinig in geïnvesteerd wordt.

Bij aankomst wat moeilijk om aan de sleutel in de sleutelbox te geraken, moeten bellen voor een code, de persoon van wie de gsm nr vermeld stond op de box wist van niets, dan maar een ander nummer moeten bellen, na een 10 tal minuten toch binnengeraakt. Errste indruk van buiten nogal onverzorgd, gras in de tuin stond heel hoog en alle rolluiken waren naar beneden.
