  • This wonderful custom home offers panoramic views of Chincoteague Island’s natural beauty. Enjoy fabulous sunsets over Chincoteague Bay from the screened porch on the second-floor balcony. A shared pier on shallow water is perfect for crabbing.

    The first floor features a large open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a full bath off the laundry room. A screened porch off the kitchen and a spacious rear deck provide additional spots for relaxing and enjoying the views. One bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is partially handicap accessible.

    On the second floor, the north water-view bedroom has two twin beds that can slide together to form a king and includes a private bath. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and a small deck for sunrise views. The south bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and its own waterfront screened porch, ideal for taking in the serene surroundings.
