Experience the charm of this beautiful home set in a pristine natural environment. Enjoy wildlife, breathtaking sunrises, and serene surroundings from the spacious wraparound porch or from the crabbing and kayaking dock.

The first floor includes a den that can also serve as a bedroom, featuring a private sitting area and a twin/trundle bed. This floor also has a full hallway bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

Upstairs, the queen bedroom offers a waterfront sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise and the peaceful natural setting. A second bedroom with two twin beds shares a full hallway bathroom.

Cattail Cottage is fully equipped for vacation fun, featuring a recreation room with a ping pong table and various games, as well as kayaks, bikes, and access to the crabbing dock. It truly doesn’t get better than this!

In its own world

The property is clean, private and has tranquil views. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch and the dock. There was an abundance of birds making peaceful chirping sounds. Enjoyed watching the birds dive bomb into the water to catch their lunch. Ping pong and cornhole was a favorite for our kids.
