Short distance from the beach, close to dining and shops. Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. WiFi available. Community Boat Dock. Two bedrooms, 2.5 bath with eat-in kitchen and family room.

Pet friendly home $75.00 (per pet) fee will be added to your reservation. NOTE: All vehicles included electric rented vehicles must be parked in a parking space or overflow parking no parking on grass or on waterside of property. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED SO BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

There was so much more supplied than it was in the listing. Every dish pot utensil you could think of they had. Spices for cooking. It was just absolutely awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back next year.

Quiet and perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this rental location before but first time with this new rental company. The process was pretty easy through them and the property was still in great condition and a good stay for our family. Location is great and overall in great condition. Pet friendly is a big plus as our dog has loved coming on vacation with us. Definitely recommend the property any chance you get!
