In the center with two heights, balcony to the main square, close to everything, with great views for its strategic position.
Private apartment for rent inside housing, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room with Smart TV, internet access throughout the house. Maximum capacity in the house 6 people. The distribution of the rooms is atypical because of their age, being a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor and two double bedrooms and bathroom, office and living room and balcony on the 2nd floor, if there are more guests only access stairs to the balcony will be shared and this one also to contemplate the views of the square, only in case they had stayed in the house.

Absolutely love staying in the Plaza with an easy walk about town. The view itself is incredible! This is authentic Spain!

Perfect setting!

The host was extremely responsive to our needs. The apartment was tidy and clean. The atmosphere was a complete 10 out of 10! We loved it!

Fraudulent

Hair on bed, only one sheet. Used coffee pod oozing on the counter. Steep stairs with no handrail. Advertised as Madrid but actually Chinchón ( 45 minutes out in the country) 400 year old building, front door cracked and barely able to open. No response from host when we couldn’t find the building ( a local helped us) my bed was not stable ( tipped in the middle of the night and I thought I would fall off.

No response from host when we couldn’t find the building ( a local helped us) my bed was not stable ( tipped in the middle of the night and I thought I would fall off. Buyer beware! Nothing good here unless you want to watch a bullfight ( old balcony overlooks the square) certainly never again.

Un superbe séjour dans un lieu exceptionnel

L'accueil d'Helga et son amie Paloma fut des plus chaleureux et facilitant l'entrée dans l'appartement ancien si bien situé et très agréable. J'ai adoré mon séjour dans un endroit animé- surtout du grand balcon donnant directement sur la superbe Plaza Mayor- et le calme complet pour dormir dans l'une de 2 chambres confortables. Tout a été réussi, j'ai revu Chinchón et profité de ce village magnifique. Je recommande vraiment l'appartement d'Helga particulièrement pour les personnes qui aiment l'ancien, l'authentique. De plus, le rapport qualité- prix est très bon, j'ai été agréablement surprise.

Visiting Chinchón

The location of this apartment is perfect to visit Chinchón and the different points of interest. Besides, its very comfortable and cozy, a typical medieval house.

La casa es preciosa, grande y en una ubicación inmejorable. Nos lo hemos pasado muy muy bien, y la casa estaba en las mejores condiciones. La anfitriona muy atenta, incluso nos invitó a desayunar!

Buen sitio, muy buena atención, una semana fantástica

Hemos estado muy bien, es una casa rural y como tal pues es muy rústico, es una casa histórica que tiene 400 años en una ubicación inmejorable, con balcón a la plaza de chinchón. La atención de la propietaria un 10!

Adorable home

The home was very cute and in the best location. The balcony was great for people watching. My only issue was that it had a portable AC and it was very warm during this time, even with the AC. I would love to come back when the weather is a bit cooler.

El sitio era espectacular.Como estaba en fiestas,la plaza se convirtio en un coso taurino y estabamos alojados en el centro de todo.lo unico q no nos gusto,era el calor q hacia en la casa
