Air conditiner units are a bit old and noisey. They shoud be replaced.

Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

We are a family of 5. Stayed in 2 bedroom unit which was perfect. Very well equipped. Has a kitchen so you can prepare small meals. Lots of space for us all. Small hotel but was quite full. Sometimes very busy around the pool. Beautiful beach. Not commercialized. But you can only swim at high tide. Not a problem if you plan this. Many restaurants in walking distance. Adequate breakfast but not much variety if you have a long stay. Staff very helpful. We have been visiting the hotel for 10 years and we will definitely be back

Awesome all the way around!! The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic and especially at night! Food amazing and at a great price. The beach was walking distance so much to see. I definitely recommend this place !
