"I’ve never complained about a rental in my life but this place was filthy have pics and videos, dust everywhere pics and videos, sheets look dirty, towels dirty pics of big black stuff on them, blankets in hallway look like have dust in them and just thrown in bottom of closet, tons of stuff shoved in random spots, dishes all filthy had to wash every plate every pan every piece of silverware before using (have pics) counters not clean (have pics), oven so dirty room filled w smoke everytime you use it, there’s toys and dirt all under recliners, they don’t go back when u use buttons on them one tilts to side. no curtains in windows by door or over front door or in a open bathroom so anyone can see you while you shower. We slept on couch instead of beds and I went and bought new blankets for us to sleep with because everything is just dirty. Lots of construction going on in spots so lots of dust, renovations look amazing that have been done and this place will be amazing when they are finished and this place is actually clean but it is not suitable as a rental for anyone. Porch very rickety leading into house including sheets hanging over windows random cords hanging everywhere (have pics and videos). I decided to rent the four wheeler which basically has no power steering so it’s very hard to ride. You really can’t ride for more than an hour because it hurt your arms Too bad . The fact I paid a cleaning fee and the most for a night I’ve ever paid is ridiculous."
