"The room was clean staff was always on top of everything to make sure you're fully stocked on everything you could need the wifi was decent though it struggles a bit with video calls overall not a deal breaker seems pretty kid friendly and you're in for a pretty good time with the family 😊"

"Pools werent clean pool decks hadnt been washed in quite a while pool chairs and umbrellas covered in bird mess pools had lots of floaters from plants birds etc areas food in the snack bar was often undercooked we were approached multiple times by hotel "concierges" about a "vacation club" presentation which amounts to a time share which we weren't interested in and felt we almost had to play hide and seek to avoid it. Bar staff in the lobby and pool bars were awesome including Chew,Hugo,Adrian,Luis and,Ivan. They were the best part of the trip rooms were clean and views were awesome but we had to call almost everyday to get enough towels for all of us brought to the room. Minimum food selection at the buffet and only one restaurant besides the buffet children could eat at after lunch time. Our ten year old went to the kids club for a "beach walk" and was given a garbage bag and asked to clean the beach for the staff as well."

"This was our third visit and we LOVED our stay. We were in Saturno room and the bed was super comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff is amazing. We enjoyed pool drinks and a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic AND included in the stay. We will be back!"

"This unit has a fantastic view! Nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach towels and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to have one in the sand, but we just used it on the balcony for shade. This was perfect! Plenty of fridge room with having the big wine fridge also. Bed was wonderful, water pressure was strong in the shower, so perfect.the owners Matt and Deidra are very responsive and gave us tons of good advice on what was around to do and places to eat etc. they are very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from them. Thank you for allowing us to have this lovely stay! Sue and Kevin. 10/10 trip"
