Airey Two Bedroom Menemsha cottage
Built as guest house, this 800 square foot cottage has two bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, bright living dining room, and a queen bed room and a detached bunkhouse with two bunkbeds and a double bed, in all perfect for two couples or a family with children. There is a deed right of way to Menemsha Beach (ten minute walk) . Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket beaches are ten minute drive away. (Beach stickers are available at the Chilmark Town Hall.)

A charming cottage with a wonderful kitchen
We had a wonderful time in this lovely, simple cottage. The kitchen is a true cook's space with an extraordinary collection top-quality pots and pans, a six burner gas stove and even a burr coffee grinder. We found staples like olive oil, salt, etc. in the cabinets.
Beyond the kitchen, the house is rustic but comfortable. Unlike some short-term rentals, the cottage is not stripped bare -- there are books and games on the shelves, wildlife guides for hikes in the woods and the beaches, and plenty of beach towels.
