All great except for the noisy people in the hall. At 7:45, a bunch of men stood outside their doors in the hall talking very loudly. Was extremely upsetting as we were trying to sleep! No respect for other people. Also the wooden cutlery, but we understand why!

just brought kids to the culture water park and adventure park, lots of other’s customs we meet in the hotel pool were the same purpose, the hotel is new , clean , breakfast is great! Really is a great hotel to stay, and also the best service , thank you!

The service at this property is 5-star. We went for a Wedding in Chilliwack and there are few hotel options; our expectations were pretty low as this is not Vancouver for example. However, every person from Front Office and Managers, to Housekeeping and Food Service were as good or better than the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world. So humble, kind and helpful. Kudos to the leadership team and the recruiting team!

It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little difficult to find the place since it was behind the gas station. It would've been nice to have a restaurant in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
