The room itself wad clean and bed comfortable. The owner needs to take a look at things that can easily be remedied and it could possibly gain more stars. Safety hazard - old round doorknobs on doors to stairwell - even when hands are full with bags etc you can not open.it easily. The vent in bathroom and vents in hallways completely covered with dust, doors with large portions of paint peeled off, dirty stairwell and dirty entry mat with debris collected in corners. Invest in maintenance staff and exterior cleaning asap. Can't see how you could pass official inspections!

We went to breakfast at 8:15 for the hot breakfast and nothing was in the warmer. they had to heat stuff up from the fridge.

For $100 it was great. Bed was a bit soft and fluffy but I slept hard so I guess it was ok. Otherwise it was a cheap place to sleep place to sleep that was safe and clean.

The property is close to everything in town, which makes it convenient. The rooms are dated, some electrical outlets didn't work, TV kept going on and off, hair dryer didn't work, stairwells and hallways dirty, overall dingy. I feel that at approximately $100.00 per night, it should be kept up a bit better.

Every time i stay there the tub drain is backed up. The cold water sink faucet needs tightened up in 218. Dated room, but what do expect for price. I would say its the best option if staying in Jackson.
