"Our stay at Puyuhuapi Lodge was, regrettably, far below expectations. To begin with, one must book the boat to access the hotel, which is understandable; however, despite having two boats, several guests were left waiting for 20 minutes due to limited space. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a group briefing on the hotel’s facilities, yet no one mentioned the need to book the boat for departure. "O lugar é lindo, quarto bem equipado. Colchão ótimo, banho bem quentinho e tem uma pequena cozinha. O aquecedor parece que não funcionava de acordo com os comandos. O nosso quarto de numero 01, fica bem na entrada e tem barulho dos hóspedes muito cedo. Logo que chegamos pedimos para trocar, mas disseram que estava cheio. Achei falta de um bom atendimento no check-in. Tinha cães nada amigaveis na parte externa do hotel."
