"La experiencia no fue como se mostraba en la reserva. Las toallas tenían un olor muy desagradable y, además, en las fotos de la publicación aparecía un jacuzzi dentro de la habitación, pero al llegar no había jacuzzi. Las fotos no correspondían con lo que realmente encontramos para nada"
