"Good: - Nice clean hotel. - Excellent Location. - Good staffs. - OK breakfast (vegetarian). Bad: - First night was wasted with ligths not switching off in the room, and then AC was cut-off. The staff tried to fix it the next day, and then it was okay. - VERY expensive parking. - Annoying parking, where someone has to come to you everytime you want to get in or get out of the car park."

"I love this hotel! It's old school Italian (very efficient service with a laid back attitude) in a quiet neighborhood with amazing restaurants nearby (both fine dining and an excellent fast Roman pizza lunch spot across the street). The staff were perfect and welcoming. The hotel is near everything, walkable if the weather is nice, a $10 uber/taxi and 5 minute drive if it's hot. And the rooftop is extraordinary. The breakfast on the rooftop was exactly what I hoped for, everything you could ever want to eat and drink. The bar on the rooftop is open until midnight, and the drinks were top notch. The view from both the indoor breakfast room and the open bar area was spectacular. I really couldn't imagine a better place to stay while in Rome. I like to meticulously research hotels before I stay in them, it's a hobby of mine. And the research really paid off this time. It was exactly what I wanted. You should quit looking for the perfect hotel while in Rome, because this is it."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"The property was very clean and air conditioned. We had a problem with the sofa bed on day 1 of our trip but Francesco and Vita sorted this by moving us to a bigger apartment without any additional charge. Very thankful for sorting this. The property is a 10-15 min walk to the Roma Termini station which makes it an ideal place to explore Rome. I highly recommend."
