"Great location between Asti and Alba so made it easy to go to a different towns each day! 45 mins or less! Lovely house to relax in morning and night! Great views! Pool! Local grocery stores nearby so you can do breakfast and dinner at home. 2 bedrooms upstairs have en suite bathrooms. One does not. 3rd bathroom on main floor. Also, an extra twin near it! But main area open space from kitchen to dining area to living room. Also, local town on hill had a great restaurant called Roma with a typical Sunday lunchtime set meal! All local families! Lots of food for great price! So if you want to see what a Piedmont typical meal is like here is a place."

"The Alba apartment is probably the most beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed in: the soaring beamed ceilings, the enormous modern kitchen and living area, the spacious deck, all surrounded by the peacefulness of the Piemonte vineyards. We awoke to the sound of birds singing, and we were so happy we felt like joining in! We stayed here five nights in September 2026. Arrival was seamless. The entire property is pristine. Beds are comfortable with quality linens. Eleanor and Glyn provide detailed information on every aspect of your stay, and Eleanor is ready with a quick response if there are questions. Both are charming and welcoming hosts. The grounds are stunning, with well-tended rose gardens and a huge swimming pool. Parking is easy in their large gated area. We booked two days of wine tours -- the Piemonte wines (Barolo, Barbaresco, and Barbera) are not to be missed. It is the perfect location to enjoy a wine country getaway. Thank you Eleanor and Glyn!"

"We had a great time on a village location with local shops and facilities close by. This also comes with the noises of a village and a small amount of traffic. The house was huge and offered space and options for us all throughout our stay - from shared meals, to BBQ under the arches, to quiet rooms for reading, it had space for all. Great host who helped with restaurant suggestions and ideas for visits. A memorable holiday for us all as a first experience of Piedmont and surrounding areas."

"We just had the most fantastic week at the Villa Annunziata. It was an incredible base for our Piedmont adventures, from exploring the historic towns nearby, to journeying to the mountains and the ocean.We were two families of four, with teenagers ranging from 14-17. The pool was terrific, and we spent a lot of our time under the umbrellas poolside, marvelling at the expansive view - it is breathtaking, and hard to do justice in photos. The sunrises and sunsets over the rolling hills with towers and castles silhouetted against the sky were especially magical.The villa is gigantic, with lots of room to spread out, and lots of privacy for each couple. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need for gourmet meals. The villa is so big that we didn’t even discover the small apartment with a whole separate kitchen just off the main house until a few days into our stay.After a small electrical issue, Frederico was very responsive and came to ensure everything was working properly.Really no complaints at all. There are a few mosquitoes at dusk and a couple of barking dogs in the neighbourhood, but nothing that really bothered us. Would highly recommend this place to any group looking for a magical stay in Piedmont!"
